Principal's MESSAGE (February 2, 2024)

Image

Dear REDFISH Families,

For some reason I thought it would be a good idea to take almost 100 kids to the NDCC Aquatic Centre this morning. (Ha. Ha.) Seriously, though, the trip was a big success and REDFISH enjoyed a great time all together as we kicked off our first of four school-wide swimming and water safety sessions. A huge ‘THANK YOU’ needs to go out to the REDFISH staff, REDFISH volunteers, NDCC staff, and RPAC who made this opportunity possible!

Here are a few upcoming dates for your calendars as we head off into another soggy winter weekend…

‘ANCIENT CIVILIZATIONS MUSEUM’ EXHIBIT

Students in HOMEROOM 5 (i.e. Ms. Hodgson’s class) are wrapping-up their “Ancient Civilizations” unit this coming week with an in-house museum exhibit in the LIBRARY at REDFISH Elementary School. REDFISH families are invited to attend the walk-through exhibit from 1:15 – 2:00 PM on Wednesday, February 7. Students will be on hand to talk about their projects during this time.
